Proof Required:

Customers must share photos or videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Cases:

Change of mind or personal dislike of taste/texture.
Damage due to improper storage after delivery.
Physical damage that does not affect product usability.
